I changed the File
...\data\models\textures\stadium\sign.tga

But i think there is another way by editing
...\scripts\gamesys.ini

I know i can choose a custom sign.tga but i dont know how i can remove the sign.tga completely.
Maybe manutoo can answer this question. Would be nice
