Not bad at all!

I like the hair but the mouth is a little broken and eyes need to be closer and therefore the face needs to be thiner (you streched it too much)

I think i had better luck with Karol Beck face.

Again not bad at all you are definetly improving!

The face seems too long (the forehead needs to be bigger), plus the beard looks like Wolverine's beard

Thanks for the help sam, i improved a lot in the latest faces i had made (Beck, Lacko, Marcel Stebe...etc), are much better right now

Dont worry Lacko and Stebe are already in my 3.0 version of patch and Beck will be in the 2012 patch I will release next week-end
