Is there a way you can manually change the play period in world tour mode to start in 2011? Sorry if that topic has already been answered somewhere else

no, it's not possible, except if you add players in the years 2027 & 2028 in the Players.ini .
Possibly, you can try to change the LastYear to 2028 in the Players.ini , but if it doesn't crash, you'll be alone on the Tour during the last 2 years...
