Generally if the outfits didn't have shoes it was because I couldn't find a good pic showing them. I may be able to do some of them now though, so I'll look when I get back to this post.

I depends what you want to do. Some can be easy, but many are very time-consuming and difficult (if you look at the first things I made compared to now you can see it can take many attempts to get good-looking outfits)
