If it's your first face add it as eyes01.tga (then eyes02, eyes03 etc..) in /data/models/textures/female.

then increment the value of the NbType parameter under [Eyes] in gamesys.ini

Also you have to set the [Female/Eyes] in female.ini to this:

[Female/Eyes]
PosX = 310
PosY = 720
//AlphaLeave = 1
AlphaOther = Female/Skin *

It should then display correctly.
