Hi, I've been in career mode for a couple of seasons creating a character and I realized that when I start a new season it doesn't count the points in the ranking correctly.
I started winning brisbane -> 250
australian open R3 ->90
Buenos Aires tournament winner -> 250
semi final in atp rio -> 180

However, when I signed up for Indian Wells before playing, I checked the ranking in the Champions Race and it only shows that I have 520 points and not the 770 points that I should have. I saved the game, I withdrew from Indian Wells and signed up for a tournament at Random weeks later to see if I counted the points correctly and no, I still had 520 points. Does anyone know why it happened or how I can fix it? thank you

I have exactly the same problem, but it only counts points from Grand Slam. Did you find the reason of the problem?

Don't have an exact answer, but i comment u, i had that similar issue and I think in your case the game only counts the better perfomance in 1 ATP 250. If u win one and then if u win or play another 250 (your case), it doesn't count the points because of rules of how the game calculate the Race Points or Ranking Points. I don't remember if u can change that. In my case it only counted 2 ATP 250, when i won the third it doesn't count that 250 points.

If u just win one 250 ATP, i recommend u to play in more important tournaments (500 ATP or upper) to earn points. From 500 or upper it counted all points if i remember well.
