What patch are you playing under?

will take a look in the menu / ico / usop folder

and replaces all the files with those of the patch, making sure to delete all the old ones

this should solve the problem, if this is not the case, also replace all the .hud files in the .menu folder of the us open scoreboard, as well as the menu.shader folder that you currently have with that of the patch in the script folder

Deleting background pictures in menu>art>bg folder fixed that issue for me.

for this error could you go into your gamesystem - video textures - 32gb or auto and modify it to 16gb, and restart the game and tell me if the error is still present?

Unfortunately, the problem persists. I can solve it either by reinstalling the game and it will work for a while, or by deleting the tennis.ini file and creating a new one. More precisely the game creates it, but you know what I mean. I do not know what is causing this.
