What do MaxSkidAngleRatio and SkidAngleRatioBase mean exactly? Could you give a description of these parameters?

This defines the angle at which the ball skids instead of rolling. When the ball skids, it loses way less speed. This is used only on grass & happens only on low ball, mostly slices.
