Is there a way to edit other players in the world tour ? My own character is fine but I want to edit some other players so that we can be stronger and more competitive in Davis Cup. Any help is appreciated

I have done this and no changes appear to have been made. Will they only take effect if I start a new game. I want some better players for Luxembourg what is the easiest way to do that ? Thanks.

Just raise their RankPerYear & nothing else. Changes will be instantly effective. (ie: their skills will go up, but not their rank)

Manu is there a way to change the world tour comp players from 1-handed backhands to two-handed backhands? Especially on the WTA side...

Yup it's possible ; just look for "2HBH" in the Players.ini file to see how it's done.
