Not necessary to have photoshop. You can use photofiltre also, as you want.
There is no tutorial about creating faces, i can make one.
I made some faces, it's not so difficult (but i am not a pro). You must find a good quality picture of player, with
no expression if possible
Use the "polygon", select the original face and copy/paste to the "skin" modelCapture d’écran (211).png
