Low Service Speeds

I normally have my serve speed % set to 74 and I would consistently serve in the 120s(mph), sometimes getting in the low 130s. Lately with the same % I’ve only been getting around 105-115 miles per hour. I thought I’d change the serve speed % to 100 to see if that would change anything; it didn’t and I’m still only getting about 115mph on average. The CPU isn’t serving very hard either. What’s the cause of this?

Hello,
did you turn change Offline Skill Mode in the Misc Options ? It should be set to "Free Mode".

I can't find how to do it. Is it in Tennis.ini or something in ".ini?"
