I just begin to make grunts for male and women. I've not enough time to do this for the moment.
I've made 2 grunts at this time.

It's not so difficult : i made it online at this adress :
http://mp3cut.net/fr/.

You download a video of a match (or a part of this) ; you must convert this video on mp3 format (with freeAVI Video converter for ex.). After this go to mp3cut.net and just cut the part you want.
This is what i am doing, i think it's look good (but i'm not a pro, just a "rookie" .

Yes, I did what you wrote but it seems that i can not syncronize the grunt with the sound of the ball..
