Mana Games

Can anyone tell me - when I host a game, it says free and players can have 100% at all levels. I can't change that, or my players levels? I would think that's by design, but am not sure. Thanks.

ITST Mod doesn't let you change the pre-made player skills. If you want to play with your self-made player, you have to play with the original game.
