The .anim is the internal format of the TE2009's Engine.
I'm attaching the 3DS Max 8's plugin that exports the anim to a .X File (*) ; and the TE2009's Engine will convert it to .anim on loading.
I'm also attaching the .max file of the idle anim, so u'll see what options are needed to export the animation correctly.
The plugin is a modified version of
http://www.kwxport.org/ , and works only with 3ds Max 8.
