It is done. For the next update, the scoreboard AOpen will have only 3 letters for names. As the screenshot.

PS.And I have 12gb,I follow the steps as indicated but nothing.I played with Sam and phucnguyen patch and not have such a matter.

I think your installation is incorrect.
If the patch is installed correctly, this is what it should look like.
