Is there a way to copy players, for example Djokovic, from ITST to the default version of the game so I can use them in the normal game career modes?

it's not really copying... You'd have to copy all the animations, then assign them to new slot numbers, and then select these new slot numbers... same for the outfit... So it'd be pretty long & tedious...
