Alright, I'll try that.. Thanks.

Didn't work. The shoe model works for every other shoe that uses Letuan's model except for the shoes in the Australian Open 2018 pack. I'm guessing it's just an error on those particular shoes.

I've already tried shoes model 03, it made the shoes invisible...

You will find male.ini at Tennis Elbow 2013 > Mods > Patch Maxou 2016 > Data > Models > Textures.
