For a stat like forehand power what is the highest stat i can put or is it 60?

the maximum possible for all skills is 100% .

No i mean if i put Djokovic forehand power to 65 it will be 95 on the game, how can i make it 100

Hum, ok.
In this case, you can raise his FH even more, up to 100%, or lower all of his other skills...
