Manutoo,
I think that you meant the top-right "x" (not arrow). Either way, even when clicking on the Exit icon, the court position is not being saved. I line up the court, and then I press 9 (all in DEVMODE), then I display the in-game menu, then I click the Exit icon and exit the game. When I reopen the game, I find that the court is not lined up. Is there something else that I need to do?

And yup, it was top right cross, not arrow...

Manu...I have been corresponding with Solarisaint about using his us open court, but I'm still not clear on a couple of things. I've created a folder named "court 07". Now, when I open THAT folder should I then put in "us open 1.0 jpeg" or what? He says that "in that folder should be the courtjpeg named court and the court.ini". I'm not sure exactly if I have put the correct jpeg into the folder. What exactly is the "court.ini"?

btaylor, u don't need the "Court.ini", it's only needed if you want to create a custom court in a new directory "CustomCourt01". If you use the directory "Court07", u just have to put the file "Court.jpg" in it. If solarisaint provided u a file with another name, just rename it "Court.jpg" ; so at end u'll get : "Data\Court07\Court.jpg", and no other file in this directory. Launch the game and select the Blue-Green cement and u should see the new court...

I went into the tennis.ini and put in your settings under [camera]. Is there anything else to edit in the tennis.ini to get it to work? What exactly IS "Dev1/Dev0 mode"? In some previous posts I believe you said that it wasn't necessary for the courts to work, yet Solarisaint, CC and Brad make numerous references to it...

btaylor:
You should be editing the <profile>.ini file; so, whatever your profile is named, edit that file in, for instance, "C:\Program Files\Tennis Elbow 2009\Profiles." In that file, there will be a section starting with "[Camera]." Just replace all of those lines with what Solarisaint gave you.
If you are just going to use the views and court positions that are being offered by Solarisaint and Manutoo, then you don't need to enable the Devmode. If you want to adjust things, such as move the court around, change the court size (bigger or smaller), change the viewing angle, etc., then you would need to be in Devmode. You do this by making one simple change in the same <profile>.ini file. The setting that you change is under "[3DEngine]," and it is labeled, "Devmode." Just set that equal to 1, so that you have, "DevMode = 1." When you are done with your changes, should you make any, you can set this back to "0."
I have a profile for normal, non-3D play, one for 3D play with Devmode on, and one for 3D play with Devmode off (also one for non-3D play with all skills at 100% for Free mode games. This makes it very easy to switch back and forth.
