Surface problem with Sam Patch => Unknown Code

I have a surface problem.
I have the latest version of Tennis Elbow and Sam Patch.
When i put my mouse on a surface of a tournament in career, it said Unknown Code. All the surfaces of all tournaments doesn't work.
Can you help me ?
