Hiya,

Bought the game yesterday and tried to get Sam's patch working, at the beginning everything was fine but something screwed up now.

* I tried to get screens of the problem, but I am not allowed ( message says post looks too spammy...) So what is happening is there is mo scoreline, white clothes... I clearly messed up something, but really don't know. I can send the screens over by PM to someone *

What I did, installed TE 2013 for multi normal game. Then installed it again and named that folder ' Tennis Elbow 2013 Sam Patch '

Then I downloaded the patch and put the patch files into the mods sub- folder and launched the game. At beginning everything worked, but now it's all messed up.

What I am doing wrong?

If you can then just send me the screen so I can figure out what your problem is. Are you sure that you install the patch correctly and follow the instructions?

You said you installed for multi normal game. I don't get it. Can you explain this in detail?

Also check your gamesys and tennis.ini

I'll try to explain my situation, as it's most likely the same one that Alakagom had.

1. I installed regular TE 2013 after I bought it and I copy/pasted Key.txt.
2. I asked on forum am I able to play with Sam Patch and online on same game and the answer was NO, so I decided to try something about it.
3. I copied everything from TE2013 directory, made new one (folder) TE 2013 Sam Patch and pasted it there.
4. I installed Sam's Patch there (in 2nd folder) and followed instructions.
5. I entered the game and the opening screen was Sam Patch, but courts were screwed up (I'll post screenshot later today, it's about the camera angle and stuff) and I couldn't play normal, warm-up and match mode (no players, just all "character sheets" - empty).
6. Is there any solution for this? I want to play TE normally online, but I want to have proper offline career in the same time, too. That's all I want to from this game and I spent like whole day yesterday trying to figure it out.

You already got the answer from other topic. You can't play the same ITST Patch and Sam Patch in one game, since ITST focuses in online and Sam focuses in offline

You have to play two different game in two different TE directory, but you can't play in same directory, it will mess your game

So make a copy of TE2013 >>> now you will have two TE2013 (2 different applications) >>> You install the game, 1 directory is for Sam Patch, 1 directory (the TE2013 Copy) is for ITST Patch. You can play both of them simultaneously, you open TE2013 with Sam and you can also open TE2013 with ITST as wells, for example it looks like you open Google Chrome and can also open Firefox as wells. Do you understand what I mean? (sorry if it's too complicated)

you can install without problem several Mods within the same TE folder.

Oops, I forgot that, sorry. But we can't play ITST and Sam in the same game and same directory, right? I think he means he want to put ITST and Sam together in one installation, so he can enjoy the offline and ITST online at the same time

I perfectly understand what you mean and will try to do it once again, but I tried the same thing twice and it twice was fucked up (will somehow try to upload screens to show what's problem). Will try to do it again now.

I have a Tennis Elbow 2013 folder with no mods, for multiplayer game ( Sam patch incompatible with it ) and another folder for Tennis Elbow 2013 for Sam's Patch, with the sam patch in the mods folder. I.e. like shown in screen below:

Oh, apparently, me and Alakagom have 2 different problems (not sure if his one is problem or just manually set up camera for 2D courts). But whatever, i'm gonna focus on mine.

1. I installed TE.
2. Did what you said, basically made 2 folders, installed ITST in one and Sam Patch in another one.
3. I deleted Sound folder in Sam Patch one.
4. I edited Mods ini to Load = Sam MegaPatch 2013
5. I entered the game and the start picture was changed to ATP Sam Mod.
6. Everything is changed, but when I open Character Sheet to select players for normal match, nothing appears. Oh, it appears, everything is "empty". Not sure if that patch includes normal-match playing, but this is what I get: http://postimg.org/image/bpx4d0eq5
7. Also, that's not the only one problem. I have another one and it's that when I start career, basically ALL courts are like this one: http://postimg.org/image/wy67gp3t9 It's seriously fucked up and there's absolutely no way to play with this.

EDIT: Apparently, the same situation happened with ITST 1.16 patch, who I installed in different directory. I have full version, I installed it where it is supposed to be (different folder, not the Sams one), but still can't see any names in Character Sheet: http://postimg.org/image/bbtyjtf7b/

Once again, I repeat, I followed all steps that Sam and you said. I installed many TE patches before and never had anything similar. Any help is much apperciated.

it's possible to put all correctly bundled Mods within the same Mods folder. Here how to do with ITST => viewtopic.php?p=190503#p190503 .
SamPatch isn't correctly bundled (coz it requires to delete the Sound folder), but this version seems to be : topic29-18104.php .

Most of the cameras for 2D Courts were set to the most correct with real life TV

If you mean the line judge and the chair umpire then just press f9 until they disappear. If F9 doesn't work, then go to video options and set 3d Court to On (do not click Apply, just set) then you set level of details is Very Low, and then set 3D Court to off

I think you can try to install '' DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer'' on Windows website. Please let me know if it works
