Sorry, I forgot to answer you.
It seems it is too close to the border indeed. I just checked it here. I'll fix it for the next release (which will take some time), but it is easy to fix it yourself, if you're in a hurry. Just open Hud_ATP100014.def, look for HudKeyPointsX (or something like that) and add 1 or 2 pixels to it.
However, the scoreboard in your image seems odd. Did you change its position? It should appear in the lower corner of the screen, and the font seems different too.

yes, i changed position

// Key points
def HudKeyPointsBgX ScoreBoardGameBgX
add HudKeyPointsBgX ScoreBoardGameDx
def HudKeyPointsBgDx 100
def HudKeyPointsBgDy ScoreBoardDy 0.5

this should be,
i tried to add 1 or 2 as you said but move all the bar, i wanted to move only the written, i don't know if is possible ;)

Hmmm, then that's because I used the same variable for both the background and the text. I shall change that later.
So, go in Hud_ATP100014Key.menu instead, look for the item sections with the CycleText command. There is one for each message (break point, double break point, match point etc.). You will have to add these 1 or 2 to the variable HudKeyPointsBgX in Pos command. You can put it with a plus sign, something like:

Pos HudKeyPointsBgX+2 .... (leave the rest unchanged)

I will make them, but it will take a while. Right now I'm making 2006 scores. Then I'll follow the order of the years. As for the Australian Open, I will make the official one instead of that in the video. I think that is an ESPN scoreboard.
When I have them all ready, I'll share in a single pack.

juansototennis,

The answer to your PM is there.

Today I'm here just to show some small teaser previews of next scoreboards, which are Masters 2008 and Masters 2009-2010. Obviously, this is just the graphic art, there is no game information yet.
I already finished all Masters 2005, 2006 and 2007 tournaments. Next step is to finish 2009 ATPs 250, 500 and 1000, the Grand Slams from 2006 to 2010 and, finally, add the scoreboards made by rogerfed1 and kersou to the pack. I'll share it when I have it done.
