I've downloaded two ETR ESPN logos, and neither include the .def file.

I've also downloaded the tv logo pack by panchulo, which does include the .def files, but no logos show up either in-game.

To clarify, I'm using Sam Megapatch 2013 Final Version.
On the installation folder I go to Mods\Sam Megapatch 2013 and open the Pak03.Pak file using pakscape. Then copy the .tga/.def files in their corresponding folders. Is this correct?
