In the file Data/Players.WTA.Ini, Mauresmo has 50% in power of FH & BH.
And AFAIK, u don't have the full version, right ?

About the topspin, actually, it's used a lot to make the player be strong on slow or fast surface in the score simulation.
I took the changes from Ibarrategui, an user of TEM which used the topspin a lot to balance things, but maybe I should tune them a bit.

Yeah, I don't have the full version...I just downloaded the demo to see the stats...I saw them in game, when seeing the players profiles...

Then the base used there it slightly outdated, a new one is in use in TE2009.
About the power & everything, it's normalized each year depending of the results of the player. Example: if a year Venus finishes n°1, then she'll have her best serve, but if she finishes n°20, then her serve % will be lowered.

And the skills in the bases aren't the best skills, but just the relative strength compared to other skills.
