What do you mean by "be like at the base"? You mean his beard? If this is the case, you just have to extend his beard towards the black rectangles in the "eyes" image. I forgot also to post it here, I just posted the previews. Here it is:

Actually, I don't like at all making faces lol. I just do them so I can have real faces when I play against each one of them. So, I'm sorry, I won't do them for now

But maybe you get lucky and I have to face one of them in my career in the next games. If that happens, I'll post here the faces

I want to know what's the best level to start first time a career, and in what rank to start a career?

Well, that's up to you. The first time I started in Club level, then upgraded to Junior level in the middle of the career. In this new career I'm playing, I started already on Pro 10 level. As for the rank, I always like to start at the bottom of the rankings.
