What if I want to add some countries in the competition and get rid of some?
I found there is no Kazakhstan in Fed Cup.

Well, that is a matter of Qualification & How many good players has a country.
Anyway, you would had to delete some good players, but this would invalid your saved games

Can I delete some country like Morocco and put Kazakhstan instead?
And change some Moroccan players to Kazakhstan (Name and nationality). Is that gonna help?

That would help, imagine if Serena become Colombian, we would qualify to Fed Cup (& Davis Cup too ),
You can change this in PlayersWTA.ini (PlayersATP.ini for men), and searching with Ctrl+F the player you want to change.
Anyway, the country still have to qualify, if you don't change TourATP/WTA.ini, which determines the default qualified teams.
