Crash 584

I have a big problem. I played a match and during a match, i crash everytime at the same moment. When it's crashed, i have a message that says the problem is noticed in System. In the system.ini, i can read that:
TennisElbow caused an Access Violation in module TennisElbow.exe at 0023:00b8e647.
Exception handler called in Main Thread.
Error occurred at 1/31/2014 21:13:50.
E:\Tennis Elbow 2013 - Copie\TennisElbow.exe, run by Frederic.
4 processor(s), type 586.
0 MBytes physical memory.
Read from location 00000054 caused an access violation.
Can anyone help me?
