I think isn't , you have to delete all the key of every singles part in that biped , from which frame you want to delete , to the last frame .

Is there an option to delete a frame ?? Or Cut it and paste it in the end ?
Thank you

mmm, davide got it right, but I try to figure it out that by frame you talk about the number, not the key you create, cause you need to increase the frame number of your anims? either way, send a pic to see the issue

Select all the biped parts, then select all the Keys on the timeline after the frame you want to "delete", then move them 1 frame to the left.
You might need to redo that with the vertical root part (it's usually not possible to select both vertical & horizontal roots).
