I am going to make some from 2003-2010, but not from the 80s.
Also I am not going to take any requests, just because I'm still working on my mod and I have to attach many outfits in players.ini, create some more faces (200-300) and when needed make some additional clothes (like it was with Solfire or Lacoste shorts).

So basically without changing the shirt shape in 3ds model of player they won't look like they should (and of course it can be done, but like with hair models i am unable to save the file properly, and in game there are some glitches related to player being "overlighted".

Posted: 08 Dec 2013, 23:35lol, now I have spotted that i have downloaded bad reference picture (thank you uncle google), so the shirt is different model, however still quite similar to the one you have posted here
