Depends on the randomness, but it can happen that you will have for example in 2004 - top 250 players with real face
The Career year when i started playing on your Mod was 2004. And many of the players i was playing against at Futures Level had realistic Faces
But i know that your Mod was geared towards starting around that period of time 
But then when i checked after starting my Career again and using a much later date? I couldn't believe how many NEW Players/Faces you've added 
It brings the game up to 2013 which i wasn't expecting!!
