Miharu, please do these ones :

Marca - Mannarino and Stakhovskiy were made by Sam, both pictures were used by him.

phc - they're good, however you just need little bit more practice (the transition from picture of player face should be very smooth into the part you pasted photo in).
Those two black rectangulars are a reference to have idea where ears are.
It's important to remove all shadows from player face.

You have to remember few things.
If player has any facial hair like here:



It won't appear right in game.

It should look like that to appear correctly:




When you have a picture with a shadow like for example here with Luis Horna:


You should remove shadow, but it's not that easy
So, there are few things that can be done.

1. Photoshop adjusters


However face now looks like out of contrast little bit (but it's easy to fix)

But there is also a second way to use photo like that, you have to copy half of the picture, paste it, suit it, and voila, however this is something I use very rare, from what I have seen in faces from Sam's patch, they are also not using it that often. Those mark on nose, can be easily fixed too, so I sometimes go with this method, because some ol'folks from early 00s have pictures in very bad quality.

Thank you very much,miharu for this turtorial,that will help me a lot ;,I will try them.I have 2 questions,if you can answer them for me
First,how to create those black lines on 2 sides of the face,I think using some tool to draw them,but that's not very logical,because how to create them extractly with the size and position in every face?If you draw it,for example on the nose of one player,the ears will appear on that or not
So I mean how to create those black lines?

Second,how to match the color of the face with the skin background color?( I try them by using only Brightness/Contrast but only on some faces,it looks good )
