well i had the same problem, but update the drivers for the video card and it worked

Update your video card drivers or Download Razer Game Booster and optimize TE 13 And quit all unused programs

The courts showed up in exhibition only when I put the Court ATP files from the fix 1.0 in the main data folder instead of only the mod folders. The only thing I can't seem to get is the scoreboard to show up in exhibition mode. I followed the directions here posted the first time and for some reason after modifying the menu section in Tennis.ini file as stated I got half a screen in both exhibition and training club on start up. Has anybody been successful in getting the scoreboard to show up in exhibition mode. I had to do a second install because even when I changed it back to it's original settings both exhibition and training club were still half screen.

Did you follow Kersou's instructions from the second post in that thread too? You have to make sure to eliminate the slashes and get the text just right.
