Have you tried pressing F9 until some of them disappear?

When I start career mode, after a couple of matches the player outfits change and become a bit buggy. For example, the shirt 127 (Canada Davis Cup) goes from having straight lines on the front and saying CANADA on the back to a zig-zag stripe on the front (kind of like Charlie Brown), and on the back of the shirt it still says CANADA, but in a mirror image (kind of like the shirt is being worn inside out). How do I fix this? I've edited the Players.ATP file a bit and I'm not sure if that is driving it, although I did try a re-install with no changes and it still happened.
Also, how do I get the yellow text (serve speed, match time etc) to show up? I know it involves HUDSub but I'm not sure how to adjust it in the PAK file.

If this is happening in every court then Copy all the courts from Courts ATP folder to Data folder in mods/sam megapatch 2013. Also to data in Main Tennis elbow folder

Still not working :\
It's happening in every court.. and for some reason I also can't download v1.1 .. 1 of the files is blocked, rapidshare says error file not found, and the torrent file is not downloading. HELP?!
