wait guys, Chiller and I are both online right now. Can we play now?

Zuzana - BlackyM 7-6 (13-11), 6-4

I'm speechless

I cannot say that I wasn't lucky in some moments...but at every single key moment he was lucky as hell

In first set I made a break for 1-0, at 2-0 I had 15-40...and I knew where is he going to serve...so I picked that side...and I was right, he served there...do you know what happened...
Ball just went trough my player like he is not there.

At 4-3, and my serve...at 40-30...he was on the baseline, and I was on the net...so he tried to pass me with passing shot...he had no chance of doing that...but as it was laggy (160 ping)...i wanted to move my player just half step back...but game interpreted it like I wanted to make a lob...and player made a lob...so he practically clear shot...and he made another passing, I was on that ball but player missed it

at 40-40...identical situation happened...so he won BP...and he won a point with lob on that BP

That thing that happened twice in a row in one game...never happened before in that match, and later in that match

But thats not all...

I pressed hard on his...i won another BP, but i received ace on it...he made 22 aces...far too much

in tiebreak i made minibreak for 3-1, at 5-4 and my two serves, he got back...and then we were just switching set points...at 11-11...he made a drop shot in opposite corner...and first time in the set he didn't get on the net...but he went guessing sides...of course that he guessed it right...and he made a passing shot that i couldn't catch

In second set...he made a break...after my player missing a lob because of lag...game just stopped for me for a sec, and i couldn't do shit...at 3-2 I got rebreak...so I was back in the game.
At 3-3, and 15-40, i saved two BPs...and then at 40-40 IT HAPPENED, my luck knocked me down for the last time in the match...
First after I won a point for 40-40, i was sure that I saved my ass...but oohh I was wrong...I set my fingers on wrong buttons...I play with numpad (8456), but i set my fingers on 956+...so I served in the middle, and then just kept standing on the same spot...so ofc he won a point, and another BP

Thats not all...

at his BP...i served on the side...he as usual made drop shot in the opposite corner...he did that approx. 40 times in a match...but this one was special...this one hitted the net...and ball just fell on my side of the court...
Somehow I did caught it...but i was too near to the net...and I sent it back in the net.

Y...thats how I lost

I even won more points that Zuzana...84-83...I had more winners, and less errors...in a matter of fact I had 3 errors in whole match...one on the last BP

BPs
ME 2/7, him 3/8

Blacky, it was a good match. You don't have to go to such great lengths to explain why I didn't deserve to win. These things happen to everyone who plays, every match. For example, I had 15-40 on your serve once in the second but my cell phone rang and I had to answer it so you won those two points.

We've played five sets now, and I've won all five. Please don't act like losing to me is so unfair.

well this screen says it all...

Well I didn't say a lie...all what I said is truth...key moments = you got lucky

I never said that I should have win it, and that I would win it...if there was no higher power involved in that points I do not claim that I would won them...but we'll never now, will we?

All I want is luck free match (last time that happened was against Safin and It was one of the best matches I ever played...)
but what I hate the most is when someone has luck like you today...well that happens to me all the time, TE or RL...stuey can easily confirm it...he is laughing at my stories every single day...so I'm not making anything up

so thats why I get so annoyed by it...

PS. from now on I'll record almost every single match of mine...so that you can see it

Zuzana Ondraskova (USA) [5] def. Togtdyalttai (USA) [6] 6-4, 3-6, 6-2

Image

This was a very tight match throughout. Tog was much better at converting on big points, but I was better at creating opportunities. In the third game of the match, Tog served at 1-1 and saved NINE break points of mine in an epic eleven deuce game. He then broke me in the next game, but I got it together and won the first 6-4.

Second set was more of him pouncing and blocking all of my opportunities as I went 0 for 4 on break points and he went 1 for 1. Sigh.

Then in the third I finally made the most of the big points, going 2 for 2 on break points as he went 0 for 1.

Great match, Tog, and its a huge relief to finally break your winning streak against me.

And it's my first final :D.

Zuzana Ondraskova def. Chiller 7-6 6-3

Great match i must say.He played really well. But i did have like 3 set points or so in the 1st set but couldnt convert any.And he played well in the tiebreak so he won the 1st set.

In the 2nd i was the 1st one to break but he broke back again after i missed a simple volley at 3-2(mistimed it because of lag).Aww it would have been a complete American knock out if i would have won the final lol.
Anyways congrats to zuzana for his 1st title Good luck for other tourneys  im sure you will go far .:D

Zuzana Ondraskova (USA) [5] def. Chiller (IND) [1] 7-6(3), 6-3

Image

My first title :D

I had to save three set/break points in the first as Chiller really upped his level once it got to 4-5, but I was able to hold on and play a really smart tiebreak.

Image

Chiller broke me at 2-2 in the second, but I didn't get too rattled and was actually able to break right back and not lose another game the rest of the set :D

Image

Congrats Chiller on making the final--I guess your fourth American opponent was just one too many ;)
