BlackyM - Kyuuji 6-4, 6-4

I played nicely on my serve, so that gave me more confidence...and in the right moment I played well and concentrated on his so thats why I won

odetus - Milos 6-2 / 6-2

Milos was very, very unlucky, i actually won that game when he served his only double fault. Numbers doesn´t tell the truth.

thanks odetus. the truth is i played really badly, should have postponed the match for tomrrow, my serve was really crappy, and odetus played really strong from the baseline. it was a close match though.

guess i'm out of the tourney for the second time :))

Postby Blacky » 20 Jul 2008, 03:26

So I'm currently leading RO.Fed 7-6, 5-7, 5-4

then game suddenly stops and crashes...then he says that I dosen't want to play this anymore today..."he has no time"...and then he is begging me to play tommorow which of course I don't want, because I don't believe him...

this Is what I wrote 5-8 mins after he was gone...but i didn't posted

BlackyM - provoking, deconcetrating...etc. 7-6, 5-7, 6-7

So match ended...and now I'm complaining...because I feel cheated...

well like I said at 5-5 in second set he paused the game...not for 5 mins...but for 2-3 mins...and when I'm in the middle of the match this kind of a thing can disturb me...and it did...first I made two beginners mistakes, then won a point, and then again two beginners mistakes...and whole match before that I didn't made any mistake...i played fantastic on my serve...so why did I made them...well lack of concentration because i waited

but thats not it...at 5-4 for me in third set...game stopped...so i waited for him a min to sign in in msn...then he asked me to continue tomorrow...which i didn't wanted, i wanted to play now because I played better at the time...so finally he agreed after several minutes of arguing why...then he said brb and restarted his comp...that took 7mins...then he finally showed up...and we should play...then we misunderstood each other on the way how we'll continue that match so It took antoher 10 mins to adjust result to 5-4...then at 6-6...he first time in the whole match changed his tactics and made two minibreaks and won the set

so why I'm i complaining...because from 5-4 I waited for more than 20 mins to continue the match...so i got nervous, upset, angry, DECONCENTRATED and provoked by Ro. Fed...I complain because he had 20 mins time to think about my style of play and find a way or got new idea how to try to pass me (which he wouldn't have if he didn't have time)...and that he did exactly that for the first time after and maybe hour of match time

and yet...he several times in match watched replay, and stats, and swapped his application to something else...for short time...but he did
While I didn't do anything of that...and waited for him like an idiot after every pause...

And yet the MOST IMPORTANT thing is in rules, TE RULEBOOK that is found on the TE site...
here is thumblain:

Image

look at the B) part

and then I'm quoting him "it's not my rules"

and yet after i said that i'll talk to stuey to see what he'll say, he said another quote of him: "he isn't the responsible of tournaments" and "I'm almost the major one"

which I understood like "I'm in charge, and i'll do what i want!"

- even to break TE rules to win a tough match

Now thats a good and fair victory isn't it???
He is in charge, so he can do what ever he wants...I can't do anything...I can't complain to anyone...nice job Ro. Fed

I argue only when I fell cheated (unless you're Jazzo, then it's like cats and dogs)...and now I feel cheated...

Even Ro. Fed agreed that it was unfair but he doesn't want to do anything about it...because he dosen't have to...because he is in charge

"ok ya i admitt i was being unfair for the computer (Restart)"

and yet I don't care if that happened to you...and you didn't do anything about it...I'm not you...and I won't accept this kind of a loss like nothing happened...and yes it only a game...but if its only a game...why is "cheating" and unfairness needed in it...I was nothing but fair (i let jazzo a point on 40-40 after he had problems with keyboard (min later lost that serve), i let points in tiebreak after game tricked my opponent, always being fair to everyone no matter who you are and what is the score because for me only victory is fair victory...unfair victory for me is a loss)...

what I can't say about Ro. Fed, who on the beginning of the third set lost a point but desynchronization appeared, and he didn't let the next point, I had to say to him another point later that i won that first point in order for him to let it....

every time when I lose fairly I accuse myself of being idiot and something like that...and when I won I always say good words to opponent and often things that he did wrong and how he can change it, never provoking anyone if i'm not provoked first

and at the end I want to play tiebreak again...which i know that probably won't happen...but some changes probably will

PS. for every quote I have screen from my chat logs

wth! wow, this "blacky" dude really wrote a lott. must have took him an hour! he sounds awfully depressed & angry.

btw, just like the International Olympics Committee said in the 1950's, "you cannot be the athlete competing in events and be the judge for those events, at the same time."

i'd like to hear what you (everyone) thinks.

The rules must be the same for everybody.. and like Blacky wrote, the Rulebook is here to learn us what we can do and what we can't. :?

I have just a question for you..
Did Ro. stop at 5/4 because there was no more time or only because he didn't want to go on with the match ?

it's not the same..

Ok, I will say some stuff on this matter.

I'm totally on Blacky's side here, not because he's Croat like me, I would be on his side even if he was from the other planet.

Why is this? Because until now, I've met Ro.Fed enough to see what kind of player he is. Winning a match is not same to him or to the other players, winning a match for Ro.Fed means a lot more, especially if it was an important match. He knows how good Blacky is so I can bet he wanted this win as much as anything, and even more because it would mean promoting to semi finals of not just any tournament - but Toronto.
And he has to be placed in Top 4 of Toronto, hasn't he? (being sarcastic)

Ever since what he did in league match vs Chiller, I've changed my opinion of Ro.Fed, but then I started to think that he can change and never act like that in the future, but obviously I was wrong.

This is everything but nice behavior from Ro. I know that he really does watch replay during the match, and I can bet many players can confirm that. That's not nice even in friendly matches. I thought he would watch replay only in friendlies though. But again, I was wrong. How can you possibly watch replay and statistics and do stuff like that in the official match and provoke your opponent with that?

And that thing with restarting comp and I don't know what is even worse. Taking time, making opponent nervous and more nervous and repeating that in the next set... Perfect for you, Ro, right? Almost the same as using the rain in Wimbledon. Worse than that. Look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself why do you do that and why is that victory so important to you? And why can't you handle losing the match? Seriously.

And don't say that there are matches that you lost and acted nicely when you lost. Of course there are those matches. But right now we are talking about very important matches for you. Just like in that match against Chiller, when you told me you would win that match for sure and finish 3rd in league and kept repeating it, this was also something similar because reaching Semis in Toronto is a must, and you did just everything to make that happen.

That's all from me.
