Zorkez,
after I read Acid's message, I went to check the Chat log & indeed, his opponent told him to write the score before the actual end of the match.
For me, that's pretty unfair & provocative, and thus justifies to replay the Tie-Break...
It's on this information that Blacky made his decision.
And if Acid doesn't want to replay it, it's up to him, though.

Hi manutoo, thanks for replying to this topic. Can you just explain in what sort of way is that considered as provocation? And can I just repeat one more time: If there was a problem, why did the opponent, in this case Acid, continue playing? Every complain about some irregularity should be revealed on the spot, not after the match. Isn't he, by continuing playing match, actually accepting the whole situation?! I quote his words: "I think he was just sooo sure that he was going to win". Someones confidence is considered as a provocation?!?! I mean really, manutoo?!?! Like I said I am thankful for your post, but I'm also disappointed that, as a creator of this game, you didn't ever reacted to Acid's words at the end of the match after Marko kindly opened the chat window and wanted to talk about the match.
Blacky wrote:So from NOW on, any insult, abuse, constant spam or provoking of any TET player will be treated the same as Insulting other players here on forum or Ingame. And person who does that will be banned on TE tour for a period of time.
So much of the rules, I guess they really ARE made to be broken, except when it comes to moderators of course. From now on, I consider about having "fu*k off" as my official salute to all other players. Some people here can be called David Copperfield by the amount of their cheats in this game, and you found some Marko Nikolic JJ who wanted to make sure that the result will be regularly posted on the Forum. I have nothing to say any more guys, really. Do what you want I guess. Peace.

Zorkez,
imagine this : it's Tie break of final set ; point score is 7 to 6, your opponent is serving for the match but before to serve, he opens the Chat & say "write the score 7/6 (6) in the forum", you begin to write something in surprise & then he closes the chat, serves an ace before you have time to prepare yourself, then say again in chat "nice match, bla bla"... What'd be your reaction ? Acid's one was pretty tempered, I think.
So match is over, & then Acid reported about this in the forum. How late was he, you think ? He didn't go on with the match, it was >>over<< .
EDIT:
and anyway, I don't think there's an absolute need to stop a match in case of irregularity for the simple reason that the Mods are not always around to check the claim and me I'm usually not here... So better to finish the match (if possible) & see afterward what Mods think about what happened.
One more simple reason to do that : if you think there's something irregular, and you're wrong, you could be the one penalized by having stopped the match for no valid reason.

Manutoo, like I already wrote, I am not saying that Marko did or didn't do something wrong, the only ones who know that are you, Marko and Acid. But again: Instead of "F*ck off", we need to write about the problem when we are offered to discuss the match. I never played Acid before and I never heard some smack about him and his reply to my complain here was totally cool. That means he seems fair when it comes to playing online. But next time try to solve the problem on the spot. Marko would probably repeat the point. This was not about the result, it was about behavior of this two players. Full stop. I hope this ends here, we don't have power to decide in your name, and as players we will accept your decisions. I just hope some people learned something today.

Zorkez,
so I didn't blame/ban Acid for his "F*ck off" coz even if it's better to never insult your opponent, there are some times when you just lose your nerves.
There's the rule & the spirit of the rule ; and each case must be studied carefully. The spirit of the rules is that we don't want players spending their time insulting each other. And as you noticed, Acid seems to be fairly ok, so 1 isolated swear when provoked is acceptable.
This is very different from someone who would great everybody by such vocabulary.
Hopefully, you'll understand the nuance & don't think it's unfair.
If you follow the "Report Rude Players" topic, you may have already noticed I follow this method since the beginning.

Why is there a need for Marko Nikolic JJ to say to Acid that he should post result on forum?
Why Marko did not wanted to post it?

Hello,
i will try to keep this as short as possible, because i already feel kind of stupid that this issue was so widley spread, and i wouldn't want to provoke any further discussion.
Zorkez,i am in this forum around 2 years, you can't find one single player to tell you i am unfair or rude.I never had problems with other players and i beleive they didn't have with me either.I can only remember one sole argument i had with Bachebri about our match.I am always polite and greet opponents, even on the forum.
I find it very disturbing, that you quote just some words i said in order to make your statement look more beleivable.Notice how i said 'let's say' - i didn't want to post any stronger words, although i guess i should have.
For me this was over the second it was over.So i never requested a replay, didn't contact mods or so.
If you think that what happened to me is not provocative, well you should then have paid more attention to what i've said in my last post and try to eliminate the insult at the end for a second, just to get a better perspective.
Of course Marko Nikolic JJ wanted to make sure that the result is posted,no argument about that ; not those moments, not the way he did it,definitely not entering the chat on a matchpoint.
I am not justifing the insult,i stay behind all my words,if mods feel like they should give me a warning - so be it.In the second set i felt very angry about all of it and at the end there was no way i would sit there and try to discuss the match with him.I alreday said,he beat me,i dont request replay.
Manutoo already said everything else i might have wanted to say

Well, definitely my favorite TE opponent, so cool whenever we play. He was supposed to finish the first set of doubles much easily, sudden lag killed his game. In second set I played good, and at the end I had more luck. In this third set he just suddenly became Stajus and killed me

Hehe. Man I wish I know your partners settings, he is great, and together you make an excellent team. All the best in the future Kiril
While I am here - Acid, nice chatting with you on MSN, I'm glad we worked it out. Stay cool
