Actually the captain was just chosen by the other players from the country, but we're not doing that this year because it kind of seems pointless.

Why would the best ranked player be the captain? That makes very little sense Look at football, some of the most legendary players didn't really make it as managers ...two completely different things

Ok, we have a couple teams that have applied but only with one person. They will not be accepted. However, they are still welcome to find teammates and enter again. These are: Alex from Romania (cristy_frumosu2002@yahoo.com) and Tooops from Brazil (topfstedt_131@yahoo.com.br). If anyone from those countries wants to play with those two players, you're welcome to contact them.

We also have two applications from Hungary. One was by Adrian Mannarino and Svetlana Kuznetsova, who we all know well. The other comes from three players who have not played any tournament: endike (messy10@citromail.hu), endike12 (endike12@citromail.hu), and lacika (buku2@freemail.hu). I would suggest for Svetlana Kuznetsova and/or Adrian Mannarino to contact them and work something out, but if that doesn't happen I'll probably delete their app.

We need 7 more teams in a week. As I doubt that will happen, I'm going to open the competition up to countries that border each other. However, no teams of more than one country will be seeded, and if there are more than 16 entries the teams from only one country will be given preference. This means we could see teams like Belgium-Netherlands, but not ones like Spain-Romania.

one question, what if we want to have 3 singles players?, first singles, second singles and a third for 1 of the reverse matches?, can we do that?

Yeah, just apply the ones that will play the first two singles matches and then you can switch in the other player later.
