Algo told me that we will start from QF this year.

Starting from QF? What about if has more players from different countries that want to play that? lol.

We can do a World Group and World Group II
-the teams with the highest number of high ranked players will play in the world group. the others teams with low-ranked players will play in world group II
However if we start in Qfs, then there would be about 8 teams overall.

Nice idea. but i think that shouldnt be in that system ( teams with highest number.....and teams with low ranekd...) i think it should be : the teams with best results in davis cup last few years in quarters and new davis cup nations or team with not so good results last few years in world group ii. But if only 8-10 teams make aplication then only 1/4 should be played

i agree with you Marin we should do that instead.
