Pakistan (c) - Chile (s)
Poland (s) (c) - Egypt
*(s) denotes seeded countries.
Surfaces must be chosen 1 week before the Semi Final Round (middle Sunday during US Open - August 25th ).
Players must be chosen by Thursday August 29th
