2nd TE League - Continents separated or not?

Postby stuey » 18 Jul 2008, 14:56

Hello.

How should 2nd TE League look like? These are the options:

A - all continents separated (special league for North America, special league for Europe and special league for South America)

B - Northern Americans and Europeans together, Southern American league separated

C - North America and South America together, Europe separated

D - all mixed up in one league

I vote for B coz I think that would be the best. North Americans and Europeans can play nice matches and I think it would be a pitty if they weren't playing each other in the league. On the other side, too many people have problems playing South Americans.
But I want to hear what all players think, so please don't just vote - also comment! :)

Thx

i have had nice matches against europeans or north americans, and i had really laggy matches... the only one from "my league" that i know that i can play a normal speed match is marcelo, with santiago and max i have problems, so i dont know if its gonna be a solution to separate the leagues by continent
option C for the moment

C, because if North America & Europe played together, then the South American guys would only have a small league, while the other league would be quite big.

I think 4 of you won't be in one league after all... but then I'll have to think of new rules for matches that will be either very laggy or unplayable.

Hello everyone. I inform you that option C will be used for the second season of TE League.

That means players from North and South America will play together in 2nd league, and players from Europe will play in other group(s).

So far, this is the application list:

1st League
Image Bajko
Image Marat Safin
Image BlackyM
Image Jazzo
Image Mario
Image Krotekus
Image Stuey

Still in fight for 1 remaining spot in the 1st league
Image Chiller
Image Miguel
Image Tom Paulman

2nd League - Europe
Image Milos
Image Eronakold
Image Elena Dementieva
Image W-Fox
Image 007
Image Endy
Image Mario15
Image Mario Ancic
Image Allez Amélie
Image CED
Image PaulM
Image Ivan Ljubicic
Image Kyuuji

2nd League - America
Image Zuzana Ondraskova
Image Raphael Federer Williams
Image Togtdyalttai
Image Hibachi
Image Tscott
Image Marcelo Melo

Some players are not active lately nowhere on forum nor tournaments, and some players have recently said that they are retiring from Tennis Elbow. So I don't know if they are willing to play TE League in 2nd season. That's why I would like them all to confirm they participation in TE League. They are:

Miguel
007
Allez Amelie
CED
Raphael Federer Williams
Hibachi

Please, let me know about your participation in 2nd TE League, by posting here or contacting me on msn. If you don't answer, I might take that as you don't want to participate :!:

Also, everyone else who doesn't want to participate and is on the application list, please let me know you don't want to participate so we wouldn't have much problems in playing matches :!:

Also, I would like Blacky, Bajko, Jazzo, Krotekus, Miguel, Mario and Tom Paulman to finish their matches in the first season!

That's all for now :)

Stuey, I retire from tournaments but not from the league, I will play this league
I retire because I don't have any chances to win, no more

When will the matches be drawn?
