Lol!some say that yes and some no....Regardless of whatever may be the reason Federer played well.For me,he cud have done it even there is Nadal but little more hard final.So his absence gave Fed a Wimbledon title?

I'm assuming that Nadal would be perfectly healthy. If that was the case, he'd win.

You can't have your cake and eat it too. Nadal's style of play is one of the best in history, but it takes a toll on his body and maybe his longevity. If he wants to continue playing, he must make sacrifices. If he doesn't, he can still win grand slam titles, but I see him running out of steam within a couple years. Just shows how great Roger is and how so far he's been relatively injury free. That's why he's the greatest. His style of play allows him to win AND have longevity.
