All you need to do is look at the stats to see that's not the case. Sure, Roger made the AO final, but he didn't have to play either Novak or Murray to get there. In addition to losing his last 5 matches against Rafa, Roger has now lost his last 2 against Novak and his last 4 against Murray. Novak looks like the clear #2 on clay right now to me, and Murray either #1 or 2 on hard (with Rafa in the other spot). I don't even know if Roger's #2 on grass anymore; that spot might belong to Murray, though we'll see next month.
