Manutoo, a boxing game to the PC platform would be a hit as there isn't any game for PC. Besides, I really like boxing games.
Thanks for wanting to know our opinion.

I give you my advice...

You have to focus on what i called "Sport career games". They are sport games focused on a single player mode in which he plays a career to become the best player in the world.

So i think you can start with soccer game in which you control only 1 man in the team - like the "become a legend" mode of Pes2009...but obviously doing better in database and possibility of choose countires (not only 4 nations to play).
Then make the same thing for other popular games like basketball, volleyball, rugby and what else you want based on a market scale...

You can also try the same with sport where there's not a team and that are popular but does not have many titles (or many GOOD titles to play)...I think about cycling which has no single player game but only managing team's game...or athletics, or swimming, skying...

I think this is a good suggestion. Cycling has all kinds of possibilities. There are probably forty different possible legs of the Tour de France of which how many (twenty?) get used in a year. And there are Tours d' Italie, Espagna, and many 'lesser' nations.

You could start with one cycliste, then try to build enough reputation to secure funding to support a team. And there could be personality conflicts on the team (In cycling? Nevaire!), whether it's your own or just one you're catching a ride on. And there can be conflicts between teams, or between individuals on different teams, which might affect strategies or tactics.

You could even have options for players who prefer velodrome racing, or time trials, or sprints, or single-stage races. You could have Olympics instead of Davis Cup for competitions between nations.

Wow, this was a GREAT idea!

Or even non-team sports. A long time ago Sports Illustrated came out with a game called "Go For the Gold", which was later purchased and released by Avalon Hill as "Decathlon", which was about competing in the Olympic decathalon.

A computer version could involve deciding whether to train equally in all events, or to emphasize a few. Competitors might have natural aptitudes for certain events (like the sprints, or jumping events), or disadvantages that need to be compensated. In the board games you could decide whethwer to push for a world record in one event (unlikely in real life), or conserve your energy to increase your total points. Obviously, you could have a heptathalon option for female players, and possibly a modern pentathalon, though that would be less interesting. Of course, there are also non-Olympic competitions, so you'd have to schedule your year.

Another that comes to mind (courtesy of Micheal Phelps) is a swimming game. You would have to decide which events to train for, how many to enter in one meet, and which meets to skip. Again, you might have a natural tendency toward a particular stroke (backstroke or breaststroke), or toward a particular distance (sprints, middle or long distance). Do you train for the medley events, or specialize? Enter the relays, or go for individual honors? Try to blow out a world record, or barely eke out a victory to save yourself for later events? Remember that finishes in earlier rounds affect lane assignment in later rounds, with the center lanes being somewhat faster and the outer lanes a little slower, so there is strategy involved.

One of the advantages of a swimming game would be that over time you could train yourself (within the limits imposed during character creation) to be better at different events or distances, so you might be a sprinter in your youth, but lean toward the middle distances as you age. Or you could start out as a specialist, but become a medley swimmer. And politics might enter into whether you swim the relays, or which stroke you are assigned when you do.

Now you have me thinking, and that's always dangerous! 8-)
