hello. i had my first season as 17 years old and I realized my quality points were around 1150 for quiet a time.
1- Even If I lost 2 davis cup games it dropped next week from 1178 to 1165. Is that normal ?
2- Does it mean I should play less ATP250 and more challengers where I can win and can get more points for training? Or does these quality points depend which things you are improving? For example you must combine different things not just one.
3- Did I make mistake to start improving mostly service, forehand, speed and stamina and did put very little effor on net presence ... Does it have any effect?
