Changes are already noticeable for sure. But i may add that the annoying thing as a counter vs tall volleyers is that as the volleys aren't as fast as groundstrokes, it's already hard to counter the volleys and get enough pace out of them on the passing shot so that they are efficient enough. So you can imagine that slower crosscourt short accelerations are even less efficient if you want to pass the net with them...

Stajus,
Florian & vamos rafa said almost all of it, but I'll add : counter's acceleration done against normal strikes are crappy, so basically when the counter's opponent runs out of acceleration, the counter also runs out of decent acceleration ; that also means the counter can't do great acceleration if his opponents doesn't do acceleration. Thus there's no need to limit anything...
Oh, and 1 tip: if someday you step on a real tennis court against someone who knows how to play tennis, don't use slice DTL on defense, that's bad (except if you play against a left hander and u're right handed, or vice versa).

dr.ivo,
try to get someone to send you the install file over Msn ?

Florian & vamos rafa & Ap3,
are you ok with the changes done to the counter style ? My goal was to make the counter steps back about 30-40cm in average (or lose some precision if he doesn't step back).
Hopefully, that should be more balanced against other styles, but if you think otherwise, let me know..!

Want to play me? I'll be a counter...see if you win 1 rally after you run out of accelerations? Empty talk, I don't like such theories...it's better to see how it works in practice ;) I've beaten Florian counter vs counter several times before, so he's no wizard...it's about how unfair some of the counter advantages are...But look, I have a solution for this too...once I run out of accelerations vs a counter I will lob and approach the net and he will whine but I won't care, good day sir :D The counter accelerations are overpowered after the others run out of accelerations, and entirely unrealistic too...a bonus of +5 would be realistic. And as far as I know, you want this game to be as "realistic" as possible...or am I wrong?

Florian for sure still doesn't move back an inch when you hit deep, he just uses the counter advantages and flaws

Seeing that he hardly plays, it is obvious the players know it better (I think he would even admit so) Or at least better at the high level for online play...Didn't know you can make comments as "smart" as this  But I'm sure you enjoy lobs & net  GL, might need it eventually...

Counters can't hit a +140 kmh shot against a slice so I guess that's fair enough compared to powerbaseliners who can hit BOMBS.. And since the speed is ok now, there are no problems I guess

nah you are playing the whiner fool saying that he made 0 change to the counter profile, i just commented on the fact that he knows better than you when he changes any thing into the game, weather you see the difference on the scoreboard or not  (and yes, players who play the counter see the difference obv more than those who stick to puncher, now stop being childish as hell...).

Limiting your accelerations will ruin you? Then you are a freaking noob and should retire this moment

And btw, you're whining the same way constantly about volleyers just 'cause you can't pass while some other counters could always pass better than you (Mohamed for example) ;) You're constantly trying to make your style overpowered, and everyone can see that...I'm barely even mentioning my style as I can play with almost all of them (apart from defender which I was never great with, but now defender is completely and unfairly destroyed ;) )

Voja defender vs Eronakold 0-6 last night...yeah, you're a bunch of obsessed children seeking victories over fairness and realism...I'll quote Ero: "That was a joke"

That's why he couldn't break him and neither were you able to...go tease elsewhere now, this is just boring...

Sure, I even lost to Ivo once and his game is very boring but he needs luck to win and he can't win regularly...your problem that he beats you in a Grand Slam over 5 sets...when did he beat Zeka for example? Voja? Stop crying...You want an overpowered counter baseline and a destroyed volleyer/defender, you're simply ridiculous

Manutoo, don't touch volleys, if he can't beat Ivo it's his problem, there are several players that never lost a set to dr.Ivo...And you've already reduced the jump a bit...Cheers ;)

Not sure about what´s behind all of this talk and i am not the one to talk about how this game has been over the past years.

But i can tell you that i agree completly with Stajus that defender style is completly ruined with the last update. There is no way you can´t end up defending well with deep shots as they don´t occur anymore, and it looks like Defender´s accelerations have become as harmless... you end up running tired with no way to turn a rally into your favor..
