I am headed off somewhere else for a couple of weeks and can't take my laptop, but am I allowed to copy my tennis elbow folder onto a usb stick and take it with me to use on another laptop, just to continue playing my career. I would delete it off that laptop before I come back. Or is that not allowed?

yup, it's alright... Just be sure to delete everything once you don't use that other laptop, to avoid to launch the game on 2 different PCs at once by mistake.
