I noticed in the Players.ini files, players have talents and other stats that aren't displayed on their status screen (such as DoubleSpirit and ColdBlood and Passing). I know these things come into effect when you're playing Tennis Elbow Manager, but do they do anything in Tennis Elbow 2011? Or are they just there to allow the .ini to be compatible with both games?

Some skills aren't used for the real-time matches, some are.
But all are used for the score simulation.

manutoo, does the return/reflexes stat work in the game?

yup, they are used by CPU players, but not human players.
