Frustration [Tough World Tour Match!]

Postby borrowedtime » 16 May 2011, 11:32

Hello everyone,

I would like to use this thread to relief my stress. I was playing Davydenko on clay. The score was 5-3 on my serve. I had 2 matchpoints, but was unable to convert. Each time on my matchpoint, he would drop shot me and I would hit my FASTEST shot in response to the drop shot, but he would return it and I would volley it. He would then pass me EVERY SINGLE time. The score is now 6-5, on Davydenko's serve. I now have 3 matchpoints in this game but each time he would drop shot me and hit a passing shot. Davydenko finally aces me and wins the game. Now we're playing a tie-break. I have 4 matchpoints. I finally win with a long rally!!! :)

Congratulations BT!

Even if you have great skills, Nadal and Davydenko will test them. They're everywhere the ball lands in their court and only have a few unforced errors, so you managed to take advantage of this. Great! Does feel good, huh? You won in a long rally probably because you were patient. Excellent and congratulations and don't forget to breathe

P.S. you might want to hold back some of your enthusiasm that leaks into cursing (foul language for many) or you may borrow time as a ban from the forum for a bit. Wish you more accomplishment.Andy A.
