I can't turn music on in settings at all. Sounds play just fine. I have a new custom built pc someone did for me. Never had this problem on commercially produced computers. Might I not have the right codecs installed?
it likely means some codec for .ogg are already installed, but they are incomplete. I think Yahoo Player has such codec. Possibly, you can try to manually register the .dll in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Tennis Elbow 2011\Music" (I'm not sure how to do that, though ... ). Or try to install that : http://xiph.org/dshow/ .
