Not a good build :D

1. The partners/CPUs return differently (weirdly) when receiving out wide serves (with some weird shoulder turn and previously it looked more natural and better)
2. The movement is jerkier???????? (tested with CPUs)
3. The "playing OUT balls" thing isn't fully fixed (my CPU vs the other CPU just had a tonne of outs in a net "ping pong" rally and it ended up with the opponent netting)
4. The timing on the volleys is different :applause:
5. Several times the ball went past me or the CPU players at net (in my case I was covering that short cross shot and holding the fire 2 button, but my player didn't want to hit the ball - similar one or two times occured with my CPU and the opponent CPUs)
6. 5 is enough

Positives:

1. BH smash speed improved and the FH smash favouring is a good idea.

Stajus,
1) coz of a different strike number..? (maybe BH 1/2 or 2H-BH 1/3 ..?)
2) try to reboot your PC
3) humm... I should see that by my eyes to be sure it's a bug or a normal behavior
4) Maybe coz u played offline instead of online ..?
5) I guess u were a bit too far from the ball... For CPUs, it seems sometimes they both expect the other one to catch the ball (I just did some test & it happened when I lobbed them in the middle of the court, they didn't move  )

1) No, it's the same strike number since I use a saved profile for my partner
3) Ok, this seems to happen sometimes still in volley vs volley battles but not if the ball is sailing long after being hit from the baseline (then the player won't volley the ball and will let it go out)
4) I test each version offline vs "maxed up" CPUs Incredible Sublevel 10 for doubles
5) Now this has happened again to my partner, he let a short cross go past his racquet and he was clearly standing near enough to hit a volley.
6) I've also seen the opposition CPU strike a hard return at the feet of my partner which I haven't seen before...the return was too short to be volleyed and it was also an acceleration...so my partner played a lob 5 metres long...
7) My partner (lefty) returned a wide serve on AD court with a safe crosscourt slice...and then the opposition CPU hit a long crosscourt acceleration at full speed and my partner was moving inadequately and it was a winner (never seen this before either - short cross winners yes, but not the long ones right at my partner)...

On the bright side, just played the first online doubles match, and those things didn't happen even...and my timing was like before  I'll let you know if I notice the "players-hitting-the-ball-that-was-going-out" syndrome online...I did notice the CPU returns slightly differently though like I wrote above

I can't hit the ball. For example, if I want to hit a topspin, for which I use down arrow key plus left/right arrow key, instead of hitting, the player moves towards back left/right. The player also does not respond to my serve commands. All that I want to say is that the player is not responding to stroke commands.

Hi Manu.
1) WHy do you always change everything before a slam? Couldn't you do it two weeks ago or at the end of the previous season.
2) Why do we have to choose fire 4 ourselves
3) and why is the ball higher on serve?

Stajus,
1) ok, actually, it seems possible that the players would turn around on a serve like they would do on a lob (coz ball is high in both cases) ; but I did some tests, and I never saw the CPU wanting to go backward while returning, so I'm not sure if it's what you saw or not... It'll be fixed anyway for next Build
3) ok, I guess I found it, it's when the CPU starts to strike before he knows where the ball lands... It can happen especially with Incredible CPU coz they are very fast to decide to start to strike... Anyway, it cannot be annoying online, coz the collision isn't made in this case (I'll fix as well anyway ;) )
4) I can confirm u I didn't change the volley timing, nor anything related to it... maybe u got a "fresh" effect or something at 1st
5) & 6) & 7) ok ,if u notice many strange things like this, could you record .dmo files & send them to me with the exact score for each strange even ?

NOLE.LUCKY,
turn on the "Advanced Options" (in the "Misc Options" menu) then assign the "Default" strike mapping ; this should likely fix the problem, especially if you use a previously created custom profile.

tati cornet,
1) many reasons ; main one is that it's more motivating to do that in that time coz more interest in tennis for myself & everybody. Also, I did an update just after season's end on last November.
2) coz I wanted to have only 1 way to remap the strikes, for clarity sake
3) Serve motions 1 & 5 now look closer of their real life models.

Ok, I'll record something vs CPUs the next time I go at it ;) Yeah, it all looked better online :fear:
4) Not sure what that was, it was weird  Now, my timing is working fine :fear:

All seems to be fine now, BUT is it just me, or has topspin lost its strenght? I mean sometime it is pretty powerful (like it used to be before the update), and now it is sometimes as strong, and sometimes it just barely goes over the net (it is about 50% of the time it is like this)? is this a bug or on purpose?

Also, one more bug I have noticed - the gestures are mixed up. the ones that used to be acc key + up and acc key + down, dont work, only the ones that were on the left and right (fist pump for example is working, but the jump is not, or might be on some other button - if so, not a good move, should be the way it was before the update)!

Ok, topspin is worthless shot after the latest update. half the time it is just a slow shot barely going over the net, and is being hammered back as a winner by any oponent. what is going on ?
